Enjoy a five-course menu specially crafted by our chefs, paired with seasonal and year-round beers carefully selected by our brewers to complement each course. Our October menu will feature a variety of vegetables, herbs, and spices grown and harvested at the Hale Farm. Enjoy the aromas and the flavors of our farm fresh ingredients right at the source. You may even spot our chef plucking a garnish for your next course!

Stuffed cucumber with shrimp ceviche, chilies, and margarita dressing

Grilled scallop two ways:

Couscous with farm-picked vegetables, Bibb lettuce, and chimichurri
Paired with: Raspberry Hibiscus Ale

Stuffed squash with curried lentils, radish salad, and cilantro purée
Paired with: Oktoberfest

Twin tarts:
Sweet potato, mascarpone, and orange marmalade
Apple brandy and cinnamon whipped cream

In case of inclement weather, the dinner will be held at the Great Lakes Brewing Co. Tasting Room.
We are proud to use fresh, local produce, and our menu reflects this seasonal availability. Unfortunately, menu items at Brewmaster’s Dinner cannot be substituted.
Guests without a valid ID at check-in will not receive beer samples, but guests under 21 are welcome to attend Brewmaster’s Dinner.
Payment is non-refundable, and event date is non-transferable.
GLBC gift cards cannot be redeemed for Brewmaster’s Dinner or other events.

Two Irish brothers with limited brewing experience. A city that shuttered its last production brewery in the early 80s. A neighborhood in serious need of a facelift. In 1986 when Patrick and Daniel Conway opened their fledgling operation in Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood, the odds were stacked against them. Fortunately, they surrounded themselves with a staff of passionate, knowledgeable people, and from the start committed themselves to bringing a sophisticated, diverse selection of craft beer to their home state.
