What better way to treat Dad than to spend an evening tasting beer, meat and cheese! It doesn’t get more Dad-perfect. We’ll guide you through different styles of cheese, each paired with meat and beer. We’ll talk about the principles behind meat and cheese pairings and beer and cheese pairings so you can continue the exploration after the class.
The class will start at 7 pm, but you are welcome to arrive early to purchase wine or beer to enjoy with the class. After the class end, we'll give you and your guests time to mingle while we cut-to-order any cheese from the class that you'd like to purchase so you can re-create the tasting at home. You also get 10% off all your purchases that night.
Only 20 tickets available. If we are sold out and you'd like to be put on the waitlist, please email us at [email protected] (Please note: Tickets are nonrefundable, but can be transferred to someone else. If you notify us in advance that you cannot attend and we can re-sell your ticket, we will refund your purchase price.)
Cheese+Provisions is a small cheese, charcuterie and specialty food market in Denver’s burgeoning Sunnyside neighborhood. Our founder, Steve Duty, is a former cheesemaker/winemaker/ professionally trained chef who uses his love of food and a lifetime of tasting to hand-curate our selections. We have cheeses from near and far, but we specialize in hard-to-find American farmstead cheeses. Our selection rotates on a regular basis so can we bring you cheeses at their peak flavor and help you make new discoveries. Behind every product we sell, there is a family, a farm, a tradition and a passion. We're here to tell their stories.

Generally speaking, each event has it's own refund policy that is set forth by the event organizer or venue. Most events have a zero refund policy and there's nothing NIGHTOUT can do to process or offer a refund for you.
An event's refund policy is or was presented to you on the event page in the "Purchase Conditions" box located near the Checkout button. If you are or were uncertain about your event's refund policy, we recommend you contact the event organizer for their policy and any questions relating to a refund.
If you purchased Refund Protection as you placed your order you can submit an application for a refund here.
NIGHTOUT uses a third party service, Booking Protect as it's Refund Protection partner. Any questions about submitting an application for a refund, questions on a pending application or other Refund Protection related questions should be directed to them. You can contact them here.
