Join our Pastry Chef Jennifer Koufos for an afternoon of baking and bubbles. Offered in partnership with Veuve Clicquot’s expert curator Francois Hurtel, this hands-on cooking class will guide you through four simple recipes featuring the holiday’s favorite libation – champagne! You’ll also enjoy plenty of sips and tastes along the way.   Featured Menu:• Champagne Marshmallows• Crepes with Berries and Chantilly Cream• Gingersnap Cookies with Lemon Cream Filling• Traditional Chocolate Bark $50 per person. Please note that space is limited to 15 people and will take place on the Rutherford Terrace at The Meritage Resort and Spa.
