The Santa Barbara Courthouse Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the historic preservation, conservation, restoration, enhancement, and educational legacy of the Courthouse, consistent with the status of the Courthouse as a historic landmark property. The CLF's purpose is to also create greater awareness for the Courthouse as an architectural treasure, a living cultural resource and cultural icon for the community. The Courthouse was designated a Santa Barbara City Landmark in 1981, a California State Historic Landmark in 2003 and National Historic Landmark in 2005. To learn more or to make a gift, please visit www.sbclf.org.
Few structures are more recognizable than the Santa Barbara County Courthouse. Though it looks indestructible, in truth, this massive building is deteriorating from age, environment and public use. The County of Santa Barbara is responsible for the general maintenance of the Courthouse, but does not have the artistic resources or funds to authentically restore this magnificent structure. The Courthouse Legacy Foundation is dedicated to the conservation, preservation, restoration, enhancement, and educational legacy of the Santa Barbara Courthouse so that current and future generations can enjoy this important community treasure.

Generally speaking, each event has it's own refund policy that is set forth by the event organizer or venue. Most events have a zero refund policy and there's nothing NIGHTOUT can do to process or offer a refund for you.
An event's refund policy is or was presented to you on the event page in the "Purchase Conditions" box located near the Checkout button. If you are or were uncertain about your event's refund policy, we recommend you contact the event organizer for their policy and any questions relating to a refund.
If you purchased Refund Protection as you placed your order you can submit an application for a refund here.
NIGHTOUT uses a third party service, Booking Protect as it's Refund Protection partner. Any questions about submitting an application for a refund, questions on a pending application or other Refund Protection related questions should be directed to them. You can contact them here.
