General Terms
AMERICAN CORNHOLE ORGANIZATION VIDEO RELEASE

By becoming an American Cornhole Organization member or purchasing a ticket or entry to any American Cornhole Organization event; You are giving physical permission to the American Cornhole Organization and its affiliates the rights of your image, and video or still, and of the likeness in sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape. Your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed for ANY USE and You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. You also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image or recording.


COVID-19 PROCEDURES 

At our tournaments/events, you will need to follow these enhanced procedures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
  • You will wear face mask; while not eating or drinking
  • You will practice social distancing; 6ft apart
  • You will keep space of Cornhole Boards more than 8ft apart
  • You will use your own cornhole bags
  • You will hand sanitizer stations at registration and/or the venues stations frequently
  • You will wash hands frequently
All players as well guest and spectators are attending at their own risk. 
Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS; however, tickets can be sold, transferred to another player or towards another future event. ***Ticket transfers can NOT be sold by players or transferred by the purchaser once a "sell out occurs" or the "sale has ended."

If a transfer or refund is required after this point - MUST contact ACO

WARNING: If you choose to sell your ticket after the deadline, your spot is NOT guaranteed. 
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, your funds will be refunded EXCLUDING all service fees.
 

Transfer Policy
Tickets can be sold or transferred to another player.
