We're creating our own unique sound. the main creative force of Silver and Smoke have followed a connection in music that goes back six years. Ty Bray (vocals, guitar, keys) and Dino Ianni (Lead guitar, saxophone, bass) draw from a huge variety of influence in their songwriting. From blues, to classic rock, to country, to Southern rock and bluegrass, Folk and even Soul -- we're finding ourselves a niche in what we're starting to call "Western rock."
Add to that mix a drummer with a background in all things Rock N' Roll (Alex Sager), and a beautiful Alto vocalist with a degree in Musical Theatre (Jenna Moll Reyes), and you get a wall of explosive sound.
All four members of the band are from Aurora, Colorado. Ty, Jenna, and Alex all went to unc greeley; Dino went to Depaul in Chicago.
All Colorado natives, One Way Ride has been around the Denver circuit for over two years and has added more members within the last year.
Bringing an emphasis on three-part harmonies, guitar solos and a groovin' rhythm section, One Way Ride takes a soulful approach to rock n' roll.
The Ephinjis, born from the remnants and ashes of The Anonymous Contributors, are a punk rock trio out of the Republic of Boulder. Brandishing a new sound from their classic rock, punk and Latin influences, Ivan Armendariz (Guitar/Vocals), Christian Armendariz (Drums) and Alexandra Flynn (Bass/Vocals) write evoking and powerful songs, told through brutally honest lyrics and relentless sound. A refreshing act in the current state of popular music, The Ephinjis captivate and entertain the audience, forming a surreal and memorable performance for each individual.
