General Terms: Must be 21 years old or older to attend. No refunds. SANFORD WINERY EVENT RULES AND POLICIES GENERAL Sanford Winery is located 10 miles down Santa Rosa Road off Highway 101 at 5010 Santa Rosa Road in Lompoc, CA. Should you need to contact us on the day of the event, please call our Tasting Room at (805) 735-5900 x2. BEVERAGE POLICIES Only Sanford Winery wine beverages are served on our grounds. No beer or hard alcohol is permitted on the premises. California State law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages by individuals under the age of 21. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated or who is unable to provide proof of age, if requested. Please note that wines and vintages are subject to availability. CANCELLATION POLICY No Refunds. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS You assume full responsibility for any injury, theft, loss, claim or damages to your group, any third party, or our property caused by your group and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Sanford Winery harmless in connection therewith. You acknowledge that consuming alcohol can impair your ability to drive a car and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Sanford Winery harmless to the fullest extent of the law if you or a member of your group drives after consuming alcohol and causes any injury, loss, or damages to your group, any third party, or any property. FORCE MAJEURE The performance of Sanford Winery under this agreement is contingent on the ability of Sanford Winery to perform the same. In the event that governmental action, strike, labor disputes, accidents, acts of God, weather conditions or other such causes should prevent Sanford Winery from fulfilling their obligation, this contract shall be considered fully and finally terminated and all parties to the agreement shall be released from any further obligation and liability. OTHER • By attending our events, you give Sanford Winery and any affiliates, consent to use your image in photos for ads and promotional use. • Sanford Winery is not responsible for items brought or left on the premises by the Member or Member’s guests. • Sanford Winery reserves the right to exclude any and all objectionable persons from an event, without liability, and may exercise this right in its sole and absolute discretion. • You will be financially responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by your group. • Sanford Winery is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the winery. • For safety and peace of mind, we prefer all groups to arrive and depart via chartered transportation. Please contact us for assistance in securing such transportation. • No pets allowed.

A Feast for the Senses
You are invited to an exclusive vineyard walk, picnic luncheon and special wine tasting at Sanford Winery on Saturday, July 26. Round trip transportation from our downtown Santa Barbara Tasting Room to the Sanford vineyards and winery in the Santa Rita Hills will be provided.

Take this special trip and see that gorgeous wines are created in a gorgeous place. Our two estate vineyards are located in one of the most breathtakingly scenic locations along the West coast, where the Pacific Ocean winds traveling through the valley create the ideal climate for our exquisite Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Now is the chance to take in the beauty of where Sanford wines are born; come and join us on our Vineyard Walk.

Our day will start with breakfast treats and Chardonnay served from 9:30 am in our Santa Barbara Tasting Room. At 10:00 am we will leave for the vineyard and winery. Our guided walk will lead you through our private estates including Santa Barbara’s oldest Pinot Noir vineyard, Sanford & Benedict, to experience the magical terroir that makes Sanford wines so incredible. Take in the Santa Rita Hills from the heights of our vineyards, enjoy a private tasting including exclusive barrel samples and feast on an alfresco lunch paired with delicious Sanford wines. Our trip will have you back in Santa Barbara around 3:00pm.
